Teaching of the Week #77

Teaching #77: Right or Wise Mindfulness

Right mindfulness is the clear understanding of your experience in the present moment … You cultivate the skill of mindfulness in daily life in order to stay present with what is happening, see it clearly, and respond appropriately … You are not always going to have mindfulness, but it is your intention to be mindful that matters.
