Teaching of the Week #15

Teaching #15: Opening to your own dukkha

When you first open to the direct experience of dukkha, it may seem that life is worthless; you may start to feel unease, hopelessness, or even bitterness in your life. But this is not what the Buddha intended; he often talked about "happiness here and now." Feeling the Truth of Dukkha is not about denouncing life, but rather finding a way to consciously dance with life.
